Being a Presstool Maker by profession I've copied the origina l60s style Dunlop splined centre. Making it from Deep Drawing quality steel. It has the deep curly section, not like the imported heavy forged ones

Also, having made the centres correctly I'm able to 3 cross the short spokes for maximum strength and rigidity.Just like Jaguar specified in the 60s ! The Spokes and Nipples are carbon steel chrome plated as above. Then de-embrittled to eliminate hydrogen embrittlement

We use 5/7 gauge butted spokeswith a rolled thread for the ultimate strengthwithout excess weight
