My name is Phil Hallewell. I am a toolmaker and precision engineer by trade, with 30 years wheel making experience.

I have always had a great passion and love for old cars.

Following the closure of the Dunlop Wheel Factory in the West Midlands I decided to tool up and manufacture Wire Wheels.

I started making Custom Made Wire Wheels and have all the tooling needed for a varied range of wheel widths and diameters, offering different types of centres made on the premises.

I can manufacture 15, 16, 18, 19 and 21 inch diameter rims and 42mm, 52mm and 62mm hubs. Stove enamelling and chroming, spokes and nipples in carbon, steel and stainless steel.

I can also undertake repairs and refurbishments to most Wire Wheels including "Borrani".
